3SRAZ just finished the most beautiful renovation in my house. I had tile removed and vinyl that looks like tile put down. They prepped to keep dust to a minimum. I had my master bath totally remodeled and OMG it is absolutely everything I wanted and more. Luigi THE best project manager, kept the job moving. The different trades showed up on time every day and always cleaned up before they left. The job was completed within my timeline and I cannot say enough how happy I am with the results. We Hired 3S Restoration after having water damage from our water heater. Recommend them 1000%. The owner Neal was very professional, knowledgeable and understanding. He was also available same day and came out to look over the damages and give us a quote. Once the project started Luigi was our project manager. His guys showed up on time every day and worked. They were detailed and made sure everything was done to perfection. Luigi checked in to see how everything was coming along and if we had any issues. We had none. Truly amazing team of guys. They even got done before the completion date. Thank you guys for everything

I would highly recommend 3S Restoration for any of your restoration needs - even though they be few and far between (hopefully). The owner, Neal, (and his crews) patiently answered all my questions, even the "dumb"ones. His crews were all pleasant, helpful, caring and most important, they listened! You could tell they were proud of their work and enjoyed it. Each crew arrived on time and went to work immediately. Thanks to you all (Luigi, Johnny, Victor, and your men) for making it a pleasant, un-stressful situation. And I can't forget Carlos and Karla who came early this morning and whipped through final clean-up like a tornado - and helped move things back in place! Thank you all!! JEN

What really stood out to me was their attention to detail and the quality of their work. They didn’t just fix the obvious damage – they took the time to ensure everything was thoroughly dried and treated to prevent future problems. Their equipment was top-notch, and the entire team was courteous, respectful of my home, and very efficient. 3S Restoration made what could have been a very stressful home flood and repiping situation completely bearable. The Owner, Neal, was friendly, thorough, fair and a great communicator. Every single person on his team was courteous, punctual and detail-oriented. They treated my home, family, and even pets with care and respect.
