Dyllan seemed very nice and knowledgeable. However, when my husband told him he thought the leak was coming from the grout by the tub, Dylan said that would be impossible and that we probably had a leaky pipe coming from the tube. Dylan and his trainee proceeded to cut a rectangular opening in my ceiling and left their two fans for four days. During those 4 days we never witnessed any water leaking from the ceiling. When Dyllan and his trainee returned on Monday they told my husband and I that they couldn't find any leaks. They said they were going to have their plumber come out and address the situation. Mind you, we had already paid the company half their money. Before the plumber came out my husband and I poured water where the gout is messed up by the tub. Immediately, water began leaking from the ceiling. We never had an active leak. So the fans were not needed. We also did not need to have a huge rectangular opening in our ceiling that we are now going to have pay someone to come out and fix the dry wall. All we needed was a grout specialist. Do your research and trust your gut. In response to the owners reply; we had a grout specialist come to our house and fix the grout and now there is no more leak. We wouldn't have had to pour water where the grout was worn down if your employees would have listened to us. We found the leak ourselves! When asked for an itemized invoice we were told that couldnt be provided. Also to keep things transparent for future clients, they will tell you to give them a review and they will give you $300!

BEWARE!!!!! My experience with arizona restoration was extremely negative. Dyllan came out to my home fast and was very nice but nice only gets you so far in life. I attempted to tell Dyllan that I believe I had a small leak coming from my grout in the master tub but he told me that this idea of mine was impossible and that they're was definitely a pipe busted in my tub. They brought all they're equipment for flood damage. Of course I went along with the plan because I'm being told I have a pipe busted. THEY RIPPED MY CEILING OUT A COUPLE DAYS LATER AND TOLD ME THEY CAN'T FIND ANY LEAK! They wanted to bring in plumbers and continue to rack up my bill... I told Dyllan again that I think the water is coming from cracking in the seal from the tub. Dyllan again said that impossible... my wife and I did our own testing and the entire time we were correct. We had a tiny little leak coming from the Crack in the grout when water splashed out the tub. Long story short. This company will not listen to the customer and will definitely do work that really is not necessary. I attempted to negotiate with arizona restoration but they refused to be reasonable in adjusting the bill even though they clearly did not need to rip my ceiling out or utilize flood equipment. Just read the response they gave to me and that will let future customers know exactly how this company will handle conflicts with customers. The bottom line in my situation is arizona restoration misdiagnosed my problem and then refused to take any accountability. They apologized on my wife review and then erased it and replaced it! What kind of company would do that? Arizona Restoration Specialist display Predatory behaviors. Definitely get a second opinion before agreeing to allow them to touch your property.

They are absolutely the best! 24 hour service, kind, professional, very easy to work with, and extremely knowledgeable. We have four dogs in our house and they were so great about watching out for them. Ours was a big job that took several days and they showed up every day on time and ready to go. I called Arizona Restoration Specialists during a major emergency selling a home. We had 2 weeks to get everything done and our home was found to be covered in mold on the entire south wall from an old leak. They came in immediately and were so thorough and honest and got the job done in time and thousands under what other companies quoted us! Very happy with their work!

Wonderful company! Found some major issues in our home while doing our own renovations. We called that night and Dyllan and the crew came first thing the next morning, super helpful and knowledgeable. Very very honest guys! They were willing to work with us on our needs, took the time to help us understand the banks, and insurance policies, came back to check on any other needs, went above and beyond. I couldn't be happier with the service! We are now loyal clients for life!
