I have used Complete Maintenance Pros Llc twice in the last two months on two separate occasions. The first time CMProsAZ was called out for a commercial job. The HVAC/ Air Conditioner has always been a problem where it was not cooling the commercial space enough. It took CMProsAZ on look and the problem was resolved. Now during this Arizona heat we don't have to worry about it getting to hot especially with an open kitchen. They gave us some tips on how we can keep the AC in good shape. With time against us as business owners we asked if their company wouldn't mind doing our tune- up before summer hits. Since we were the last stop and they were finishing for the day they agreed to tune up our system clean it out and make sure it would last.
The second time we used CMProsAZ was to install flood lights that were wired. Steven the technician came took out the old replaced with a new one. This job may sound easy for some, but the point is they came (on-time) efficiently executed the job and made sure we were satisfied with the job before leaving. That is service.

In the 1st photo to the left of the windows, was a dead space with a shallow coat closet. The next 2 photos are of the new pantry.

Did not try to upsell, told me what he would do if it was his unit and it did not involve spending more money. He loves his community and isn't trying to take advantage of the people in it. Hired his services to repair a garage door spring scheduled for later this week! Give CMP a call if you enjoy no nonsense, no upselling types of experiences when you need a General Contractor. I was in a lot of house trouble with a fixer that needed a ton of repairs. This team is not a marketing sales team, they are genuine people wanting to help. I came to them with a list of problems and they came back to me with a list of solutions at a reasonable timeframe and price point. Actually, I needed the job rushed a bit, but they stepped up to the challenge and maintained quality of work during the entire process.
