The installation team of Garcia, Juan, Jesus & Miguel was exceptional & precise, the installation process went very smooth, they kept us informed of the timeline the end product was exceptional, they did such a great job with the seams, they are barely visible. I stumbled on E Garcia Granite when I was looking for a granite fabricator. Jenny gave me a quote and I told her I was thinking of getting my kitchen cabinets refaced. She suggested getting a quote for new kitchen cabinets as well as granite counter tops. She designed a great kitchen layout. I wanted to take the island pony wall down and I needed two pantries. Jenny incorporated numerous roll out shelves, which come in handy. We then decided to also take down a soffit and two walls that previously enclosed the pantry and refrigerator. We also decided to enlarge the island and she added a trash cabinet. She also had electrical outlets moved from the wall to under the cabinets to give the granite backsplash a continuous look. What a great idea. Jenny is a great designer and she will listen to you. During the entire remodel process crews of mostly two men worked on different aspects of the kitchen remodel. There was a demolition, drywall, tiling, cabinet and granite installation crew. There was also a plumber and electrician. All but one crew cleaned up well after they were done for the day. The tile installer was able to lift up some floor tiles and make adjustments to preserve my existing tile floor. There were some glitches and communication issues as only a few workers spoke English. They were friendly, hard working and skilled in their particular trade. We managed with the help of Jenny and Google translate. The owner Garcia also made several visits to check on the progress. The finished product is absolutely stunning thanks to Jenny, Garcia and their work crews. I would have never imagined it looking that beautiful. The entire kitchen remodel took less than two weeks and that included us making some last minute changes. I find their remodel quotes fair and reasonable. They try very hard to make their customers happy.
