Our AC drain line overflowed and leaked into the downstairs ceiling. We needed carpet and drywall dry-out, drywall removal, new drywall install, paint, and carpet cleaning. Through the entire process the EA Restoration team was great. Good communication, friendly workers, high-quality work, follow-up to ensure we were satisfied. Shout out to Jose, Jake, and Darius who worked on the mitigation and were especially friendly and handled the immediate situation with care. Onix did an excellent job on the drywall repair and painting. Mark was a great point of contact to keep the whole project on track. Approximately 2yrs ago, my home was damaged du to an extensive fire. EA Restoration was contacted for repair. Since day one they were there every step till now that I’m back to my home. Very responsive, they handled insurance, permits and all that hassle! Always answering any question I had. Never gave up. I truly recommend EA restoration. You won’t be disappointed. They become part of your life, they become family. I remember I was loosing hope but they moved every piece around to make sure I was back on my feet. Expensive, bad experience in mold removal. This, is the least professional company I have ever dealt with. They NEVER had supervision on Site for their workers. Three days they didn’t show up at all, only calling one day, at 2PM to tell me that they were not coming. When they did show up it would be be i, 2, or 3 workers, arriving at 10AM, leaving at 3:30. They were over aggressive in tearing out Drywall, perhaps thinking they would get the contract to replace it. I filed complaints with the Arizona Recorder of Contractor’s, Consumer Division of the Attorney General’s Office, and the Better Business Bureau, All to determine if they scammed, or committed fraud. In the short time AFTER I filed, they allowed their Bonding to expire, and formed a ‘new’ Company, same name, with another family member as President. This to change their Registry of Contractors Number, and possibly escape on file, current Complaints.

From the getgo everyone was professional, courteous, did there job that they were supposed to do. The manager who set it all up to the group who removed and put back up my solar panals, to the guys who scraped the roof and put the new roof on, they were totally professional, communicated, and above all...polite.
