Bruce McClane2 StarAfter a year, our $70k cabinets were falling apart. The trash cabinet was installed with 2 screws, instead of 8. I’ve had to realign and install missing screws in half of the cabinets and drawers. They were nice enough to leave the pencil marks in the middle of EVERY SINGLE cabinet and drawer. The owner was just flaky and absent minded at first, but then he got an attitude after we called him out about his scheduling mistakes, which was a 6 week difference… they didn’t arrive early mind you. 2 of the island legs were chipped. Owner needs to rectify his attitude and they need to be more thorough.Saturday 27th December 2025

Jen did an outstanding job keeping us informed, her design was beyond our expectations and the installation was flawless. They came in under all our other bids yet provided a higher quality product! I hate leaving bad reviews, so im hoping this info gets to the right people at Elmhurst to help correct an issue. I have called these guys 3 times over the course of almost 3 months, and after I give my info to the woman who answers, I never get a call back. No voicemails, no nothing. Do better at returning calls! (Im the guy that wanted to incorporate a subwoofer enclosure into a built in entertainment center, and was told the person who would be calling me back was a big audio guy)Wednesday 7th April 2021
