We interviewed 3 other general contractors before deciding to sign with Jim and Joe Griffin at New England Upgrades. It turned out to be a 3.5 month total remodeling project of our 1,100 square foot 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo. These two brothers and their crew were always professional, their work was thorough and meticulous, they were pleasant to work with, and sensitive to the remodeling process and all of the associated issues and pressures. As with any extensive remodeling project there were unexpected / unforeseen issues. All of these issues were examined, explained, and options provided and were covered by our contingency funds. There were also several recommendations for improvements that were explored, accepted, and the budget was modified accordingly. Our only area of suggested improvement that was discussed between all of us was the need for more detailed communication on two separate issues. Both issues were resolved to our satisfaction and does not detract from their wonderful overall effectiveness and the thoroughness of their efforts. We highly recommend New England Upgrades for their integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work with us to bring our vision and design into reality. The New England team was a pleasure to work with and we consider them friends. We will be using them again for future smaller projects and have already referred them to multiple friends. Have nothing but good things to say about New England Upgrades. What started out as a bathroom renovation became a whole house (and yard) renovation. Jimmy and Joe were able to quickly determine what I wanted and needed and were able to help guide me through choices and decisions I had to make. They and their crew were always professional, respectful of my personal space throughout the project and have given me a home I am happy and proud to live in. I am very happy with the end product and would recommend their services in a heartbeat.

You get more then you pay for when you hire, New England Upgrade. Did a lot of little things to ensure a top notch finish. Double caulked the windows and all areas needing attention. Very pleased with the performance and have got plenty of compliments, from passing neighbors.
