R3 Building Services was brought in to completely renovate and remodel a townhome for a hostess who wanted her spaces to reflect her welcoming nature. We designed and built her kitchen and living spaces with entertaining in mind, featuring custom shaker cabinetry and a waterfall granite island. All flooring was redone including stained concrete for an industrial touch. In the master bedroom, we added a shiplap style reclaimed wood wall and the bathrooms were updated throughout the home. This busy family was eager to have an updated kitchen and dining area that was functional for their everyday needs, yet modern and clean. Most importantly, we wanted to open the space up by letting in tons of natural light with floor-to-ceiling windows and glass French doors that open up to the patio. With a built-in island range, new appliances and crisp white cabinetry, this kitchen offers perfect function and clean lines for our modern homeowners.
