Met Carlos at the home show and did an in home consultation with Chris. Chris walked me through a bunch of different samples and found me exactly what I was looking for and at a price I was comfortable with. I was under a pretty tight deadline and Chris assured me we would be done on time and at budget and we 100% were. Jose and Victor came out and did absolutely top notch work. Those guys have a lot of pride in their work and it showed. I absolutely couldn't be happier with the work they did.

Shop Save & Floor I was checking reviews for another flooring store and came across Shop Save & Floor. I’m glad I did!!! I was impressed with their reviews and they are ROC’s. I didn’t look any further. I had 1300 ft of ceramic tile removed, new LVP installed plus new baseboards throughout the house. Some companies I spoke with only did removal or installation, some installed but subbed out the tile removal. This created a much longer timeframe and too many different people to hold accountable. SS&F does it all, it was faster and the transition between the jobs was seamless. First, their dustless tile removal is an amazingly clean process! Second, once the ceramic tile was removed some serious cracks and leveling issues were apparent. Victor came out immediately to assess the problem. They were able to begin repairs that day, keeping completion close to the original timeline. The LVP and baseboard installation went smoothly and I couldn’t be happier with the completed job! I am very impressed with everyone I spoke with or worked at my house. Communication at every level was clear and easy to understand. All workers were polite and respectful of me and my property. Beyond that, what sets this company apart is their desire to make sure I was happy with their work! After the job was complete Victor thought an area of the baseboards could look better and came back twice before he was satisfied with it! After much research and many interviews, we chose Shop, Save and Floor for our whole home remodel. Jed put together our quotes and was very helpful with suggestions and design ideas. Our home had large ceramic tile on post tension slab. They handled the demo, clean up and floor prep thoroughly and efficiently. Their crew that handled the installation of 4,000 square feet of LVP are true craftsmen that take pride in their work. Best of all is Victor, the owner. Throughout the entire process he was always responsive and available to address any concerns we had in a timely manner. He takes pride in his company and makes sure his customers are satisfied. Shop, Save and Floor is the best Contractor we have had in our 16 years in AZ.

First off let me start by saying the sales guy who came in to my home was very nice and respectful and made sure he took his time showing me the different products. I can’t remember his name but because of the way he was I had to choose them to do my flooring. The project itself was done quickly and precisely. There were no flaws in my floors. Got them installed just in time for the holidays and I’m so excited for my family to see them! If I could give them 6 stars I would!

I am a very particular person, so I spent time researching exactly what I wanted done. I contacted several companies and selected this one based upon the best price and reviews. From the beginning of the project to the end, I felt heard. They listened to what I wanted, gave me a great price, and showed up when they were supposed to. They respected my time and my house and were professional throughout. It is rare in today's times to find a company that treats you like an actual person and not just a job. They have earned my business on all future projects.
