I had both my shower’s remodeled a few years ago. They did the one shower first came out beautifully so had great expectations when they started my second. After the demo of the second shower One of the two workers had to go back to California for a family emergency, no problem, but the one guy left spoke no English, again no problem, he had just finished the first one so I assumed he know what was going on with the second. He started the retile, after the second day I noticed it looked off from the first, the tiles weren’t staggered, cuts were off which left almost a 2 inch gap from floor to the tile. Using my limited Spanish I asked how he was gonna fix that with him pointing to the grout. I’m no expert but visually it didn’t make sense so I called the project manager, chad I think his name was, explained the situation which he came by and even he wasn’t impressed with the project so far which he made him tear out and Start over. Project took a month to complete instead of the two weeks. But it doesn’t stop there After a few weeks I notice the trim on the lip of the base was starting to pull away from the tile so I called the manager and he came And fixed it, I don’t recall how much later I called him again to fix the situation yet again which he did and assured it would be ok moving forward. The same problem started again and I’ve called 3 more times to try to connect with someone with no response back.

The Twin Home Experts did an exceptional job with fixing a clogged drain that two other plumbing companies were unable to fix. Cody was an amazing technician that was on-time and very knowledgeable. He made sure that we understood what he was doing to fix the issue and was very honest with his assessment of the situation. He was very invested in helping to fix the issue while keeping costs affordable. Cody definitely went the extra mile when it came to the quality of service that you won't see from other technicians. We will absolutely be calling The Twin Home Experts and Cody again if we encounter any future plumbing issues.

SCOTTSDALE FRIENDS. This company is horrible and will scam you out of your money. We had them do work on our LA home and were given an extensive warranty on all work. Fast forward 5 years and they pulled a grifting stunt and refuse to honor it. Same owners who won’t even return our call. Seriously run away as fast as you can. Wish I could give them zero stars.

I would give Twin Home Experts MORE than the five stars for the workmanship on our new shower install. They removed a garden tub and old shower in the master bath and replaced it with a beautiful walk-in shower. Chad and Chris were punctual, easy to work with, and kept the work area clean throughout the entire process. In my opinion, the company's willingness to keep us updated and reach out to us when necessary would earn zero stars. The initial bid was done December 11. At that time we were told that we would receive an install date right after the holidays. That never happened so I called after several weeks. To make a very long story shorter, I had to call multiple times before construction finally began on Monday, January 31. I did not mind the delay at all, but we felt they should have kept us informed. The job was 99% done, but couldn't be completed because of a missing piece of glass. Chad told us about it, and told me they would be in touch the following week. Again, no communication from Twin Home, so I had to do the calling. I was told they would be here one specific morning and they never showed and never called, so after waiting for more than three hours, once again, I had to call. In the company's defense, my calls were always returned, but it was truly frustrating that I had to initiate all the contacts. The job is finally complete and looks wonderful, and you can bet they are willing to contact us NOW for final payment! Interesting. In summary, we are happy with the end result, but I suggest Twin Home works on communicating with customers. It just shouldn't be that difficult and would be the "cherry" on top of their excellent remodel and plumbing skills.

If you are remodeling, do yourself a favor and Hire Twin Home Experts. We are remodeling our bathroom but wanted to save a few dollars and do as much of the work ourselves. We identified the shower floor as something we didn't know how to do to ensure the water drained properly and because we want a zero barrier walk in shower. Chad and his crew are doing the floor and some minor plumbing. Not only did he do what we paid him to do but he gave me a step by step walkthrough how to do the parts I am doing myself. He and his crew are very knowledgeable, very easy going and all around good guys! The work is outstanding quality!
